Withdrawal Policy Statement - Prior to Event

  • How do I properly withdraw from a tournament?
Prior to the start of a tournament, a player must call the PKBGT at 336-347-8537. A refund or tour credit of tournament fees will be granted if the close date has not passed, minus a $25 processing fee.

  • What if the closing date has passed?
Following the closing date but before the official withdrawal deadline, players will be charged a $25 processing fee to withdraw. The remaining balance will be placed as a credit on their PKBGT account.

  • What if the withdrawal deadline has past?
Following the withdrawal deadline, you will not be entitled to any tour credit. Many courses require the Tour to lock-in an amount of players and thus the Tour is charged for this amount. Individual cases will be considered on a case by case basis.
